It seems like a good time for us to take a step back and remember why we are doing this podcast and what we hope to accomplish with it. Recently two incidents have caught our attention that illustrate the value of learning how to create a 3rd Space where civil dialogue can take place. Recently we’ve said frequently in the podcast that “winning” needs to come “off the table” if we are to have the kinds of conversations that can create connection, build better relationships, and start the healing process for deep divisions - whether in families, neighborhoods, communities, or a whole nation.
